"Strength, Unity and Diversity: Time for an International Voice for NGO's"
The 24th World Conference of the International Federation of Non Government Organisations provided a forum for decision makers and professionals to gain an understanding of NGO issues and needs in relation to addressing alcohol and other drug use and associated harm, with a particular focus on the Asian and Pacific regions.The Conference showcased policies, developing international standards of practice, future research, building productive and collaborative partnerships and support networks. It also included opportunities for participants to broaden networks.
This Conference marked the 30th Anniversary of the IFNGO and included a number of events to celebrate the Anniversary.
